The Guide Story Future Plans Teaching Who Works Here

St. James's Hospital is a university teaching hospital attached to Trinity College School of Medicine, Nursing and Social Science. The GUIDE service is very active in teaching future doctors, nurses and social workers. Medical and nursing students rotate through our department under supervision to gain a wide experience in clinical care to ensure that they are well trained health care providers of the future.

The department also plays an active role in the postgraduate education of doctors, nurses, pharmacists and social workers.
